BridgeMN is currently building its founding leadership team. These roles are designed for students who want hands-on leadership experience and are interested in helping grow a statewide student organization. Leadership members are expected to actively contribute to BridgeMN’s programs and outreach.

Board
Member

Board Members help guide BridgeMN’s overall direction and support major initiatives. They work across teams to shape strategy, advise on programs, and help grow the organization’s statewide impact.

Director of School Partnerships

Directors of School Partnerships build relationships with high schools and academic programs. They work with teachers and administrators to connect students with BridgeMN opportunities and expand the organization’s presence across schools.

Director of Outreach & Growth

Directors of Outreach & Growth lead BridgeMN’s expansion efforts. They identify new schools and partners, conduct outreach campaigns, and help grow BridgeMN’s statewide student network.

Director of Communications

Directors of Communications oversee BridgeMN’s public messaging and brand presence. They manage social media, announcements, and promotional materials to promote events and opportunities across Minnesota.

 Director of Events & Programming

Directors of Events & Programming plan and execute BridgeMN’s speaker events, conferences, and workshops. They coordinate logistics, schedules, and student engagement for statewide programs.

 Director of Research & Projects

Directors of Research & Projects oversee student research and applied project initiatives. They support project teams, help define research themes, and coordinate the presentation or publication of student work.
